The US International Trade Commission has voted to investigate certain marine air conditioning systems after a complaint alleged patent infringement, the commission announced Wednesday.

Dometic Corporation and Dometic Sweden AB allege the US importation and sale of marine air conditioning systems by CitiMarine and Marbu Power Systems, Inc. infringe on a patent in violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, said the agency.
