Our AC had stopped working in the middle of our road trip. I was recommended by another mechanic in the area that they were really good. So not knowing any mechanics in the area, I trusted the words of this mechanic and just showed up at Specialty Automotive at 8 am. John, at the front, was extremely considerate about my schedule since I was still in the middle of our road trip, gave me the detailed information on what they are about to check, the timeframe and constantly gave me updates.
