The authorities plan to allocate 729 million rubles for the repair of heating networks in Vladivostok in 2022, first of all, networks on those streets where wear and tear is the highest and where gusts often occur, the press service of the city administration said on Monday .
At the end of 2021, several major accidents occurred in Vladivostok on hot water and heat supply networks, dozens of houses were temporarily disconnected from these services. In January, the press service of the city administration reported that 355 million rubles had been prepared for the repair of the city’s heating networks, the list of streets for repair included those where the degree of wear and tear was the highest and gusts occurred many times this winter. It was reported that the list of streets was planned to be expanded and that funds were being sought to renovate additional streets.
“It is planned to allocate 729 million rubles for the repair of heating networks this year in Vladivostok. The list of streets for repair includes those where the highest degree of wear and tear has occurred many times. Such figures were announced by the head of Vladivostok Konstantin Shestakov at the Housing and Utilities Council,” the message.
The funds were allocated from the municipal budget, it is also planned to attract funds from the regional and federal budgets, the Far East Generating Company (DGC) will repair part of the backbone networks at its own expense. At the expense of city funds, it is planned to repair networks in nine streets, VPP and DGK will carry out work on 17 more streets of the city at their own expense.
“Negotiations are also currently underway with departments of various levels in order to obtain additional funding for the repair of networks on Safonov, Khabarovsk, Dobrovolsky, Yumashev, Krasnogo Znamya Avenue, Postyshev. According to the head of Vladivostok, in addition to tactical decisions, the municipality has also taken strategic ones. In particular, last year, within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, an agreement was concluded with PJSC RusHydro to modernize and improve the reliability and efficiency of the heat supply system in Vladivostok. The transfer of municipal heat networks to the concession of the Far East Generating Company will also be considered, “the report says.
The total mileage of municipal heating networks in Vladivostok is about 500 km, they were built 40-50 years ago. Now their depreciation is almost 90%, annually more than 1,800 accidents occur on the networks of MUP VPS alone, this figure is growing annually by an average of 10-12%.
