A Sicamous woman has commenced a petition to make air conditioning required in residential services for seniors throughout Canada.
Alysha Wolf arrived up with the concept for the petition soon after visiting her mom at a household above 55 in Sicamous during the new heat wave.

Her mother’s condominium experienced no air conditioning and only a compact window.
When Wolf commenced searching for air conditioning for her mother’s apartment, she discovered that her mother’s lease did not include things like air conditioning other than a fan.
