Rush Street Ventures (“RSV” or “Rush Street”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Official Heating & Cooling (“Official HVAC”), which will operate as a subsidiary of the existing holding company, Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning (“Harmonic”).
Established in 1986 and headquartered in Crystal Lake, IL, Official HVAC provides residential heating, cooling, plumbing and duct cleaning services to customers in the Northwest suburbs of the Chicagoland area, including Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Elgin, Lake Zurich, as well as Southeast Wisconsin suburbs. Official Heating & Cooling is a factory authorized Carrier dealer, as well as a NATE-certified company.
