PRAIRIE GROVE – In a exclusive session on Might 30th, Prairie Grove Metropolis Council accepted an ordinance waiving tenders to repair the HVAC method in the public library.
The council approved the mayor and town clerk to invest in three new air conditioners for the library from Powers Mechanical Assistance Co. of Springdale for $ 70,717.
The metropolis will swap existing machines with a related brand to avoid replacing ancillary products, controls and sewer operates as required by the ordinance.
In an electronic mail to council members about the distinctive session, Mayor Sonny Hudson explained the library proceeds to have concerns with its key HVAC models.
“It is time to replace the units,” claimed Hudson.
The Prairie Grove Library Board authorized investing of its memorial fund on the purchase.
