Two years ago, Nacogdoches Sheet Metal, Plumbing and Air Conditioning took part in the ‘Feel the Love’ event. This program, presented by Lennox, allows residents to nominate deserving persons in need of a new air conditioning unit. The winner gets the AC unit and installation at no cost. Yes, it’s all FREE!
In 2020, Ginger Lee of Mt. Enterprise was selected as the recipient. Last year, the number of entries multiplied big time, but after reviewing all the nomination forms, Annette and Chuck Stewart of Pollok were selected as the 2021 Feel the Love recipients. It’s the Summer of 2022, and once again, Jason Bradford and the crew at Nacogdoches Sheet Metal, Plumbing and Air Conditioning are teaming up with Lennox for this year’s Feel the Love giveaway, and nominations are already underway.
How Do You Nominate Someone?
It’s pretty simple. Just click here and follow the instructions. You have until August 31 to get your submit your nominations.
Then what?
Throughout the nomination period, representatives from Nacogdoches Sheet Metal, Plumbing and AC will be thoroughly examining the entries and do their best to make a short list of the most deserving folks. Many times, officials will reach out to those nominated in order to get more details so that a final determination can be made.
Who Should I Nominate?
Obviously, that’s up to you. But, you should be nominating candidates that may have physical, mental or social disabilities; financial challenges; job loss; or maybe they serve our country through military service or by being a first responder. A health care provider or teacher would certainly fall in the category of someone who sacrifices so much for others. There are many different ways that someone could be deserving of this Feel the Love giveaway.
