DRACUT — New Era Plumbing & HVAC is open for business.
The company opened in its newly renovated space at 1278 Lakeview Ave. last month, and held a ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony Friday with Dracut Economic Development.
Originally located in a small bay space at 1 New Boston Road, with a call center in Tewksbury and training center in North Andover, New Era will be able to operate all facets of its business under its new roof. The space is the former home of St. Onge Supply Co., which closed in 2016 after 60 years.
Owner Dan Pen, his wife and company treasurer Thais Costa, and his brother and service manager Justin worked together to update and renovate the space over the last few months.
The new office has a separate training room where weekly sessions are held, and prizes are offered to employees who meet their weekly service goals.
