Bundaberg Regional Libraries will reopen from Monday with a range of restrictions in place.
Bundaberg Library will be closed to the public for one week starting from 31 January to allow for a new air-conditioning system to be installed.
The current system has reached its end of life and needs replacing.
Bundaberg Library will close from Monday, 31 January 2022 to Tuesday, 8 February 2022.
The doors will reopen again to the community on Wednesday, 9 February, weather permitting.
From Monday, 10 January 2022 members will be able to borrow five extra items to see them through the closure period.
Loan due dates will automatically be extended to ensure items are not due during the closure period.
Once the library reopens, borrowing limits will return to normal.
