Laurence Eugene Crawford
HAMPSTEAD – Laurence Eugene Crawford, 90, handed away at his home on April 8, 2021.
He was born on November 15, 1930 in Rock Cave, West Virginia, to the late Earl and Emma Withers Crawford. Just before him, his wife, Kathleen Mary Caprio Crawford, had died.
Following retiring from York Intercontinental, he moved to Hampstead in 1986. The Crawfords launched Pleasurable Air Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning. He was an avid bowler for the Olde Place Bowling League. He and his wife turned founding users of the Lutheran Church of Reconciliation. He relished the time with Brandy, his horse A few goats and two potbellied pigs and RVs to North Topsail Seaside to watch the waves.
Survivors are his son Bryant Crawford (Nan) Daughter Marianne Erlewine Grandchildren, David Crawford (Marissa), Melissa Batts (Adam), Cherie Sheahan (John), Kristen Thacker (Larry), Brenda Williamson, Jeremy Erlewine (Mollie Lea), and Jennifer Terry Excellent-grandchildren, Tyler Crawford, Blake Batts, Emily Batts, Reed Williamson, Allie Batts, Addison Crawford, Grady Thacker, Cole Crawford, Nolan Thacker, Jonah Thacker, Gerald Batts, Engel Batts, Joshua Batts, Hasel Erlewine, Dylan Sheahan, Joel Thacker, Benjamin Crawford, Carter Crawford, Logan Sheahan, Regan Terry, and Lilla Terry and sister Anna Belle Hartway (Warren) from Florida.
A assistance will be held on Saturday, April 10th at 2:00 pm at Sea Garden Memorial Park in Hampstead. Pastor Monthly bill Milholland will officiate. The spouse and children will be greeted with mates at 207 Sloop Issue Loop Road in Hampstead quickly just after the assistance.
Rather of bouquets, souvenirs can be presented to the Lutheran Church of Reconciliation or the Livingstones tabernacle pantry.
