Three workers who serviced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in some iconic New York landmarks allege in a federal lawsuit that Johnson Controls Inc. failed to pay them all the wages they were owed for public projects under state and federal law.
Christopher Bryan, Todd Prizgint, and Brian Haffey repair and service HVAC systems in Nassau County and New York City, according to their complaint filed Jan. 14 at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Projects included JFK Airport, Rikers Island, NYC Health & Hospitals, and the World Trade Center.
