According to real estate enterprise CBRE, a relatives-run HVAC utility company has signed an industrial lease in East Rutherford.
Brookaire Co. signed for 50,358 square ft at 46 Whelan Street, a Course A industrial making in the Meadowlands. The second-generation business will be relocating and growing, CBRE stated.
Kevin Dudley and Nick Klacik’s crew represented the tenant in the deal with landlord Terreno Realty Corp.
“Immediately after carrying out a demanding industry evaluation, we established that the area at Whelan Street 46 Brookaire would enable for a larger presence in the Meadowlands that much better satisfies the company’s long-time period advancement designs,” reported Klacik in a geared up statement.
