Norwalks HomeServe United states, a house mend agenda provider, has obtained McLoughlin Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, an HVAC services company based in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
McLoughlin is a family members business launched in 1965 with 40 employees serving the increased Philadelphia space. William and Robert McLaughlin, who took about the business from their father Edward McLoughlin, will continue on to operate the company.
McLoughlin is the third Pennsylvania corporation to obtain by HomeServe and its 15th acquisition.
