WILKES-BARRE — Prosecutors withdrew a reckless endangerment charge and amended a trespass charge against a woman accused by Nanticoke police of turning off electrical service and furnace to an apartment.

Melissa Ann Brown, 40, address listed as East Green Street, Nanticoke, pled guilty to misdemeanor defiant trespass during a preliminary hearing in Luzerne County Central Court on Wednesday.

Brown had been charged with a felony criminal trespass charge.
