Dr. Kool Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, a company that opened in Southwest Florida in 2013, recently celebrated the grand reopening of its new location at 10911 Harmony Park Dr. in Bonita Springs. The celebration was kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by SWFL Inc.
“One of the earliest memories I have as a boy growing up in Savannah, Georgia is how incredibly hot the summers were. Every day I went to bed sweating, and every morning I woke up feeling the exact same way…hot and miserable. Even back then I knew that one day I wanted to work to help folks find the best, most economical ways to keep cool,” said Mark Maner, founder and president of Dr. Kool Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
After moving to Key West and working for a local company, Mr. Maner was inspired by his childhood and own personal values to bring his standards for the HVAC industry to Southwest Florida. A couple of years later, he received his official credentials and began the process of starting his own residential and commercial air conditioning service, maintenance and installation company — in December 2013, Dr. Kool Air Conditioning & Refrigeration opened for business.
The foundation upon which Dr. Kool was built was the steadfast principle that honesty and integrity are the most important qualities any company can possess. Every day, the company works hard to earn its customers’ trust and continued loyalty by not selling them more than they need and by fixing only what needs to be fixed. If their equipment can be saved, Dr. Kool will save it. This is done in the quickest and most professional manner possible because Dr. Kool knows how important a comfortable, cool environment is in tropical Southwest Florida.
