Authorities are wanting for a gentleman suspected of thieving residence from a local cemetery, in accordance to a press launch from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office environment.
Bradley County Sheriff’s Place of work actual estate detectives have issued arrest warrants for Christopher Elkins, 38, on expenses of: desecrating a commemorated home in 4 cases and stealing more than $ 1,000 in just one case.
The BCSO Criminal Investigations Division been given a report Thursday from a resident who explained he arrived across 4 bronze vases that appeared to be from a cemetery.
An investigation led the detectives to a community cemetery lacking 4 headstones, vases that appeared to have been forcibly taken off. Cemetery personnel also described that an air conditioner was stolen from a mausoleum.
Elkins was recognized as a suspect in the course of the investigation.
