A Hampden Township company has obtained an HVAC firm in Maryland.
Enginuity took more than the expert services of Triad Mechanical on April 16.
Triad is centered in Glen Arm, Maryland and presents business and industrial HVAC expert services.

The President of Triad explained it would keep on to do small business beneath the Triad title.
“The Triad crew is very psyched about Enginuity’s accomplishment in aiding us pursue significant tasks and style and design opportunities,” said Tom Stifler, President of Triad Mechanical, in a press release. “Our complete team will remain collectively as a triad, but with the powerful banking power and technological competencies that Enginuity has to present.”
Conditions of the deal were not disclosed.
Established in 2002, Enginuity gives heating, cooling, piping, mechanical, engineering, development and other expert services to industrial and professional customers. In 2016, Enginuity acquired the Professional Mechanical business from Secco Incorporated.
